New neighbourhoods need additional and improved local infrastructure to support a growing population. Services and facilities need to be distributed through the area to be more accessible to everyone, encourage healthy living and offer great opportunities for people to meet and interact. Easy access to community facilities and services will promote community wellbeing, integration and place making, and cater for the needs of the diverse community.

We have used population scenarios with low, medium and high ranges to work with government service providers like health and education to test and model what current services can accommodate, and where additional services might be needed.

Planning for new infrastructure will be undertaken as part of future masterplanning for each precinct of government-owned land progresses.
